- Contractors: name, company, phone, email, the city you want, and your trade, when you fill out our inquiry form.
- Homeowners: name, phone, property address, the service you request, and whether you own the home, when you request a roof inspection.
- Automatically: basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited, and ad click data from advertising platforms like Meta and Google.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry or request.
- For homeowners: to share your request with one independent, licensed roofing contractor serving your area, so they can contact you and schedule an inspection.
- To confirm appointments and send related reminders.
- To measure and improve our advertising.
Text messages and calls
If you submit a request and agree to be contacted, we and our partner roofing contractor may call or text you at the number you provided about your request, including with automated technology. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Information is shared only with the contractor handling your request and with service providers who help us operate, such as our phone and form providers.
Sharing
We share homeowner requests with one roofing contractor per request. We use service providers for hosting, forms, phone, and email, who may only use the data to provide their service to us. We may disclose information if required by law.
Your California privacy rights
California residents may ask what personal information we hold about them, ask us to correct or delete it, and opt out of any sale or sharing. We do not sell personal information. To make a request, contact us below. We will not treat you differently for making a request.
How long we keep it
We keep request information as long as needed to deliver and bill for the service and to meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete it.
